    Additionally, Shahid also represents individuals on the complainant side (e.g., ensuring police agencies are carrying out their investigations accordingly).

  • Shahid represents individuals being investigated under federal or provincial regulatory statutes such as the Customs Act or the Police Act.

    Shahid also maintains a unique practice by representing licensed individuals (e.g., healthcare professionals, teachers, real estate agents, and accountants) before their respective professional regulatory bodies.
